1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. DATA WE PROCESS
To calculate an estimate, we process the destination country, parcel weight and dimensions, and estimated price. A shipment request includes the sender's and recipient's name or company name, telephone, email, city, postcode and address; the goods description, quantity, value, currency, country of manufacture and declaration of items needing special review. We record whether the shipment is individual or corporate. For corporate shipments, we also request the registered company name, tax number, tax office, billing address and name of the company representative. These details are saved with the request; no separate customer login account is created at present. A reference number is assigned to each request.

3. PURPOSES AND LEGAL GROUNDS
We use the data to produce an estimate, review the request and goods, contact the customer, plan and carry out the shipment, issue invoices, match payments when available, and meet legal obligations. The applicable grounds under Article 5 of Turkish Law No. 6698 are, as relevant, the establishment or performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, or legitimate interests that do not override fundamental rights. Marketing messages require a separate permission process.

4. HOW WE COLLECT DATA
Data is collected electronically through the website's calculator, request and tracking forms, through correspondence, and during operations, from the individuals concerned or the company representative submitting the request. The person submitting recipient details is expected to provide accurate information lawfully.

5. PAYMENT
Online payment is not currently available on this site. Before it is enabled, this notice will be updated to identify the provider, payment data involved and the system processing card details. We do not request card details before the payment integration is complete.

6. SHARING AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Where necessary to fulfil a shipment, relevant data may be shared with carriers, delivery and customs partners, a payment provider once enabled, hosting and technical support providers, and competent authorities where required by law. An appropriate transfer mechanism under Turkish data protection law must be determined for international recipients and operational partners. Actual recipients and the transfer mechanism must be confirmed before publication.

7. RETENTION AND SECURITY
Data is retained for as long as needed for the stated purposes and applicable legal retention duties, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised as required by law. Access to request records is intended to be limited to authorised personnel. The public tracking page shows shipment status and date, not names, telephone numbers or addresses.

8. YOUR RIGHTS
You may exercise your rights under Article 11 of Turkish Law No. 6698 by contacting info@threelinelojistik.com. We may request the information needed to verify your identity.

9. CHANGES
We will update this notice when our payment provider, recipients or processing activities change. The current version will be posted on this site.
