Check your items before shipping

Whether an item can be shipped internationally depends on its contents, destination country, selected carrier and air transport rules. The examples below are not a complete list of prohibited items. Tell us what your parcel contains and confirm its eligibility before sending it to our depot.

Items you must declare in advance

• Batteries and devices containing lithium batteries
• Perfume, aerosols, sprays, flammable liquids and chemicals
• Medicines, food, plants and seeds
• Valuables, cash and other high-value items

Some of these items may be shipped under specific conditions; others may be refused by the carrier or destination country. Battery-powered devices and potentially hazardous goods require an additional review.

Contents declaration and security checks

The sender must describe the parcel contents accurately and completely. Shipments may undergo security checks and X-ray screening before transport. If an undeclared or unsuitable item is found, transport of the item or shipment may be stopped. We will inform the customer and assess any return, storage or authority procedures according to the item and applicable rules. An unconditional return or a guarantee that an item will never be returned cannot be given in advance.
